Returns Policy


We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose to exchange or receive store credit provided that:

  • Your return the item within 30 days of purchase

  • The item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that:

    • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; and

    • It is unopened, unused and in its original condition;

  • You produce a satisfactory (being either your original register receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase)

If these requirements are not satisfied, we reserve the right not to offer an exchange or store credit for change of mind returns.

Unless consumer law applies, please note change of mind returns are not available for the following purchases:

  • Gift certificates

  • Special orders

  • Sale items



If you believe you have purchased a faulty product, you must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund or replacement product. Proof of purchase may be your original register receipt, credit card statement or any other form of evidence.

We will honour a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • Is unsafe

  • Is significantly different from the sample or description

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

We reserve the right to decline an exchange or refund where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

Refunds can only be paid in the same tender as the original purchase. Where a credit card attached to an original purchase cannot be produced, the refund will be processed to a Craft Junction gift certificate.



Refunds and exchanges must be made in-store unless purchase was originally made via our website.

If a product has been purchased through our website, please contact us within 30 day of purchase to process the return or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
